Wake Forest Hunger Ministry Community Event
Details: You’re invited to join our community of Hunger Champions in North Carolina for a Rise Against Hunger experience with Wake Forest Hunger Ministry. Hosted by the Boys and Girls Club of Wake Forest, volunteers will work together to package over 43,000 meals. Register your family for this fun, kid-friendly, high-impact event below. First Annual Food Sustainability Summit
Details: You’re invited to the first-ever Food Sustainability Summit in Charlotte, North Carolina! Hosted by a collection of local organizations, Rise Against Hunger is one of the collaborators for this free, family-friendly event. It will kick off with an interactive panel discussion about food insecurity and then transition to a Rise Against Hunger Experience meal packaging event where attendees will package around 25,000 meals. Ray Buchanan, our founder, will also be a keynote speaker, giving a testimonial about his background in addressing world hunger. Less than 100 tickets are remaining, so don’t miss the chance to attend this high-energy event!

McLean Community Rise Against Hunger Event
Details: At Rise Against Hunger, we work with Hunger Champions — like you — to end hunger in remote, last-mile communities. On November 9, you can join the movement by helping package meals at the McLean Community Rise Against Hunger Event. This hands-on, start-to-finish meal assembly experience will take place at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. Invite your friends and family for this engaging and impactful event.
