It Starts With a Meal

You can be part of the movement to end hunger by participating in the It Starts With a Meal campaign. At Rise Against Hunger, our work to end hunger starts with a meal, and it leads to resilience, self- sufficiency, education, empowerment and bright futures in communities worldwide. There are ways for both individuals and groups to get involved with the campaign. You can share an international recipe or meal with #ItStartsWithaMeal on social media to spread the word about the power and importance of a meal, especially for those facing food insecurity. You or your group can also make a donation or sponsor the campaign, too. Check out the It Starts With a Meal website for more ways to get involved.
