Rise Against Hunger New England was founded in 2013 and serves the New England and Upstate New York regions. In 2018, more than 15,120 local volunteers and partnering organizations, including Charles River Laboratories, Rotary District 7910 and Berklee College of Music have helped build the local movement to end global hunger. In this region alone, through 2018, nearly 11 million meals have been packaged to benefit 13 countries.
Want to help grow the movement in the New England area? We have a lot of volunteer and service projects available as well as joining our champion volunteer team. Feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can work with you to set something up, either one-time or recurring.
First Presbyterian Church in Broadalbin, New York, has hosted Meal Packaging Events with Rise Against Hunger New England for the past four years, engaging their community in the mission to end world hunger.
