Rise Against Hunger Kansas City was founded in 2012 and serves Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Northwest Arkansas and Northern Oklahoma. In 2018, more than 7,400 local volunteers and partnering organizations, including Heartland Community Church, Wells Fargo and Kraft Heinz, have helped build the local movement to end global hunger. Through 2018, this location has packaged more than 7 million meals for distribution to 14 countries.
Volunteers are one of the essential resources Rise Against Hunger needs to help realize the vision of a world without hunger. Each year, thousands of volunteers join Rise Against Hunger not only to package meals, but to support local operations and assist with administrative duties. Ready to get started?
