Rise Against Hunger Dallas/Fort Worth was founded in 2013 and serves North Texas, Central Texas and Western Oklahoma. In 2018, more than 14,000 local volunteers and partnering organizations, including Church of the Servant, University of North Texas and CHRISTUS Health System, have helped build the local movement to end global hunger. In this region alone, through 2018, nearly 12.7 million meals have been packaged to benefit 14 countries.
Warehouse Volunteer Days
We love to have volunteers join us in the warehouse to help prepare for upcoming meal packaging events. Projects include labeling bags, stacking boxes, washing dishes and other tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals, families and small groups. We have regularly scheduled days on the second Saturday and fourth Thursday every month. Register here for Warehouse Volunteer Days.
