500 Volunteers to Package 100,000 Meals on Jan. 28 to Help Fight World Hunger

Nashville, TN — More than 500 Nashvillians will team up with Rise Against Hunger, formerly Stop Hunger Now, at 1 pm on Saturday, Jan. 28 at Calvary United Methodist Church, 3701 Hillsboro Pike, to package 100,000 meals for people suffering from malnutrition around the world. This event is open to the general public.

The church has packaged 420,000 meals to date and will be hitting a major milestone of half a million meals at its 5th annual event.
