ABOUT US

Rise Against Hunger New England was founded in 2013 and serves the New England and Upstate New York regions. Through 2016, more than 30,000 local volunteers and partnering organizations, including Charles River Laboratories, Rotary District 7910 and the Wilton Interfaith Action Committee, have helped build the local movement to end global hunger. In this region alone, through 2016, more than 6 million meals have been packaged to benefit nine countries.

Partner Spotlight

Keene State has run Meal Packaging Events with Rise Against Hunger New England for the past three years, engaging incoming students in ending hunger in our lifetime through their orientation program. This helps the university demonstrate the value of service to students and motivates them to seek solutions for challenges worldwide. In this time of “back to school,” we are excited to join with Keene State working with their students toward our mission.

Take Hunger Into Your Own Hands

Meal packaging events offer a powerful way to make a hands-on impact on world hunger. You raise the funds and rally your friends and family as volunteers, and we'll take care of the rest.
